Ball diff in the front?
Yes, it's right. You will fill it with 1.000.000 Oil. Sounds strange and stiff but it feels great and is not to hard.
You can also adjust the front diff that it will have slightly slip. Or adjust it very tight and you just have the effect like a gear diff.

Are you sure the damping/spring on the front is right? it seems really really low! 67.3g/f, with a really soft damper
Yes, I ran the front shocks as much inside as possible so distance A=0. Distance B=5mm and screws arrangement in front 1 and in rear 2.
Due to the RH screw the spring is not too soft. Please try it and feel the stiffness.
