Front

IRS Lowered front arms. Needed when you want to run small fronts. Also need ride height spacers.
CRC Threaded (titanium) axles on trailing arm. Spacer washer on axle, nut has to go on backwards.
.022 springs, 5 degree blocks, 1 washer either side. Use .020 springs until you want the more agressive steering of .022s
1.5 degree camber, adjust until fronts don't cone.
GRP purple at club, maybe magenta or cyan at a national. 42mm. For club use 44-45mm diameter
3.5-4mm ride height
0 degree toe in
Associated black grease on kingpin. A lot of people use no grease.

Rear

CRC durashock olive spring, 20wt oil OR associated shock, olive spring 30wt oil
T-bar 0.062, tweak screws just touching, no centre screw/spacer at rear
Associated diff grease on damper plate
CRC rear pod, IRS Ride height spacers. Needed when you want to run small rears.
GRP Grey Rears 45mm. 48ish mm diameter for a club night.
Ride height same as front both at rear of chassis and rear of pod
1.5mm max pod droop
