Perhaps the standout of the Essex Summer Series meeting was David Spashett. Winner of the Dash For Cash, third place overall in qualifying and then second on the podium. In case anyone wondered if David would return to his previous Touring Car success, as he has done in 1/12th scale, I think this meeting provided the answer – YES!
